Hey there! I'm Yu-Kuan, or Cliff, a UX designer/researcher and grad student at UT Austin. Identifying the needs of the user is my favorite part of the design process, since I'm a problem solver and believe the right research questions would lead to adequate solutions. In addition, with my psychology background, I love to hear the user's side of the story to understand the pain points and empathize with them to provide answers.
